With more than 30 years of experience in the aesthetic and wellness industry, Cindy Kosor brings not only extensive clinical knowledge and business expertise to her role at Denali East Group Concierge Medicine & Aesthetics, but also a genuine passion for helping people feel confident, cared for, and empowered.
Throughout her career, Cindy has worked alongside some of the most respected names in aesthetic medicine—from partnering with a renowned cosmetic chemist to educating physicians and medical professionals on skincare science, lasers, injectables, and emerging technologies, to collaborating with leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists across the country. Her commitment to lifelong learning has never wavered. She is continually researching the latest scientific advancements, clinical studies, and innovations in aesthetics so she can provide patients with accurate, evidence-based information rather than trends or marketing hype.
Cindy believes that the best decisions are informed decisions. She is passionate about taking the time to educate every patient on the science behind products, treatments, and procedures, ensuring they fully understand their options before making any decision. A proud Eastern North Carolina native, Marianna Russ is honored to call this community home. Born and raised in Fairfield, NC, she later made Greenville her home, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from East Carolina University in 2015.
As Practice Manager of Denali East Group, Marianna plays an integral role in bringing the practice’s vision of personalized medicine, aesthetics, wellness, and exceptional patient care to life. With more than nine years of experience in healthcare, she brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to practice operations, medical aesthetics, wellness, and patient-centered service.
Marianna is passionate about helping people feel confident, cared for, and empowered in their health and well-being. She believes the best patient experience is one that feels truly personal—where you are known by name, your time is valued, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
